We have a special treat this weekend with the custom DVD cover release of our Single & 2 Disc Editions of "Paul (2011)", which are available on Customaniacs.

Here was a really funny movie from the guys who brought you "Hot Fuzz and Shaun Of The Dead".

This cover was long over due last year and now has finally been release this year, it also marks the last 2011 movie cover as we now move onto 2012 movies.

Here is our first movie poster design in a long time, this is the fictional theatrial poster for "Saw 8"

This was just abit of fun which really helped with Jerome G. fantastic photo, after he gave us the ok to upload it.

Here is our "Mission Impossible - Ghost Protocol (2011) - Custom DVD Cover" on the Paramount Home Entertainment UK layout.

After seeing the US steelbook DVD design, we disided to give our R2 artwork a mix of the steelbook and normal cover designs. (UPDATE: After only to find out that the Steelbook we saw was in fact another custom cover by an artist called Scorpion Soldier [HIS PROFILE] and now full credit goes to him for the front design)

We are very happy with the result of this cover and are looking into designing a new Mission Impossible Boxset later this year.

Here is our first DVD cover in just over 7 months, with lots all going on earlier in the year, we're glad to be working again on new things for the rest of 2012.

So here is our first cover for 2012, "The Human Centipede II - Full Sequence (2011) - Custom DVD Cover" on the E1 Entertainment UK template layout.

This is another Human Centipede cover, but this time it's "Full Sequence", the second part of this weird trilogy and after already worked the "First Sequence" custom cover and now this one, it's looking like the "Final Sequence" is going on our list of custom covers for 2013...

Because of our new website coming later this year, we're changing this website to be more of a blogger site then a showcase website.

We know that it's well into 2012 already, but we feel a change was needed, plus we've also not released any projects yet this year, with such a busy to do list already.

We've now got ourselfs a new logo and banner design for 2012  and we feel this is much more brighter then our darker looking style we had before.

The new DMPettitt Designs website will be launched very soon

After 2 years with "webs", we feel it's time to move forward and construct a new site that will be more flexible to update and easier for the viewer to get around. We'll also have a full download area, plus some new areas of release work etc: VFX Projects, Software Templates & much more.

Our new host is yet unknown, but we are really looking forward to this next step, we'll still be posting on this website before the launch.

The launch date for the new website will be 20th July,2012
